Returns & Exchanges

1. Our Philosophy

At Ronaks Adire, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted Adire fabrics from Ile-Ife. Because every piece is made by hand, we strive for excellence in quality and consistency. We want both our individual customers and business partners (tailors, designers, manufacturers) to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

2. The Nature of Handcrafted Adire

Adire is a traditional, manual resist-dyeing technique. Slight variations in color shade, pattern placement, and texture are natural characteristics of the craft and the unique signature of our artisans. These variations are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges based on these natural artisanal features will not be accepted.

3. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges **only under the following conditions**:

• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery (for retail/B2C orders).
• The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging.
• All original tags and seals must be intact.
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

4. Wholesale & Bulk Orders (B2B)

For wholesale, bulk, and business orders (tailors, fashion brands, manufacturers), we strongly encourage customers to request fabric samples before placing large orders. Due to the nature of bulk production:

• Returns on bulk orders are accepted only in cases of significant quality issues.
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on approved returns.
• We do not accept returns due to change of mind on bulk purchases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are **strictly non-returnable and non-refundable**:

• All Custom & Bespoke orders (made to your design, color, or specifications)
• Fabrics that have been cut, sewn, or altered
• Orders marked as Final Sale
• Any item returned without prior approval

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or genuinely defective fabric, please contact us **immediately** (within 48 hours of delivery) via WhatsApp with clear photos and your order number. We will investigate and, if confirmed, replace the affected piece at no extra cost to you (including shipping for retail orders).

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp: +234 901 876 6615 within the allowed timeframe.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
3. Wait for approval before shipping anything back.
4. Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs to our atelier in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only (except in cases of our error). Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
